Customer Orders: Seller is relying on the customer or the customer’s contractor to provide accurate measurements of the project. Seller will suggest panel sizes to accommodate the project. Seller assumes no responsibility if the measurements provided are inaccurate. A custom order is any order that requires Seller to cut a full roll in order to satisfy the order. If a customer purchases a roll already cut, it is not considered “custom”. Customer also acknowledges that no orders may be canceled and no Material may be returned on Custom Orders. If a return is authorized on a Custom Order, which authorization must be made in writing on Seller stationery signed by an officer of Seller, it may be subject to a restocking fee of thirty five percent (35%).

-Curbside Delivery: If you have selected to have your purchase delivered curbside, you understand and agree that we only deliver your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. Refund or credit toward product will not be given for deliveries delayed.

-Driveway Delivery: You have selected to have your product delivered to your driveway. Our  policy is to provide curbside delivery only. You have requested that we traverse your driveway to deliver your purchase closer to your home. By agreeing below you release and forever discharge, its equipment and each of its employees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, charges, damages or liabilities, arising out of the delivery.
