A Carolina Turf Company contractor will walk your space with you to determine what all you will need and how much product it will take to complete the job. We quote based on what you actually need, not a "low quote" just to upcharge you later on. We will also give you an estimated time frame to complete the project that way you know how long it will take from start to finish.

INSTALLATION

Carolina Turf Co. contractors will reach out the day before your scheduled install to verify the time and day. We will ALWAYS be on time or be in contact well before. Communication is KEY! Upon arrival, the foreman will review the project with the client and explain the steps/process again to ensure that everyone is on the same page BEFORE starting the job.
STEP 5
POST INSTALL CONSULTATION
THE EXPERIENCE DOESN'T STOP AFTER INSTALL
Your same representative that helped you through the entire process will come out no more than 7 days after the install to ensure your experience was beyond expectations, answer any questions and do a final inspection on the entire project. Our customer experience extends well passed the initial sale.
